About Us: 

Meal Prep SLO is a meal preparation and delivery service that caters towards anyone committed to the fit lifestyle.  All of our meals are cooked in a SLO County health inspected commercial facility in Atascadero, CA.  Using fresh product, our portion-controlled meals will help you reach your fitness goals.  Based on our fitness backgrounds, we have seen the benefits of the meal prep program first hand, in ourselves as well as others.  We are not nutritionists, we are fitness enthusiasts that are looking to share the benefits of proper dieting with the community.  Meal Prep SLO is here to aid anyone looking for help, whether or not you have any background in fitness.  It’s never too late to get on board!


Two locals, Nate and Patrick, created meal Prep SLO. Both worked in the retail industry for years, managing various sporting good stores, before deciding to pursue their passion of health and fitness. Their goal is to do what they love, and at the same time try to impact the community in a meaningful way.   Nate is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer that has lived and breathed fitness and nutrition for the past 10 years. Nate struggled with his weight throughout his life, first with being overweight, and later with putting on muscle. After dedicating himself to prep, he was able to make and maintain solid gains. Patrick is a sports junkie that was raised by two body builders. He has always had a passion for the world of health and fitness.  In his early to mid 20’s, Pat put on a few unwanted pounds. However, 7 months ago, he hopped on the meal prep program and lost over 60lbs! Pat is a prime example of what can be done by combining a proper diet and exercise.
